For the past twenty years, I have dedicated my life to my fitness and health, and have seen firsthand the positive things it has done for me. With decades of experience in the gym and even in marathons, exercising has become my passion, and I finally decided I wanted to share my knowledge with others. With four teenage kids, a dog, and a love for gummy bears and sourdough pretzels, I want to prove that becoming healthy can truly be fun, quickly rewarding, and easier than you may think when you are supported by the right person and know how to become balanced physically and mentally. So, I created MC4 Fitness to be that person to my community, as others have done for me. I aim to provide focused, ambitious, and customized personal fitness training serving Philadelphia’s Main Line with determination, motivation, compassion, humor, and (most importantly), a smile.
I am open to working with any individual between the ages of 15 to 60, and can accommodate you either at your home or at a gym. A main aspect of my fitness training is customization, so I can help you achieve any goal you have in mind, just be sure to schedule a consultation through the Contact page!
Alongside more than twenty years of personal fitness experience, I have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Temple University, as well as a Personal Training certificate and a Nutrition Coaching Certificate from ISSA.
